BOTHELL LACROSSE · PLAYER PATHWAY

7/8
PREPARE TO COMPETE

Every stage builds the skills, confidence and team-first mindset that define Bothell Lacrosse.

THE 7/8 EXPERIENCE

PREPARE TO COMPETE

The 7/8 program is the transition into more advanced and competitive lacrosse. Players refine the technical skills they have built through the youth program while developing a deeper understanding of offensive and defensive systems, transition, riding and clearing, situational play, communication, and position-specific technique. Practices become faster and more demanding, with an increased emphasis on decision-making, physical and mental preparation, accountability, and executing skills against pressure. Players begin learning what will be expected of them at the high-school level while still being encouraged to take risks, develop confidence, and grow as teammates and competitors.
