BOTHELL LACROSSE · PLAYER PATHWAY

3/4
BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Every stage builds the skills, confidence and team-first mindset that define Bothell Lacrosse.

THE 3/4 EXPERIENCE

BUILD THE FOUNDATION

At the 3/4 level, players begin turning those early fundamentals into real lacrosse skills. Practices continue to emphasize fun and high repetition, but players now spend more time developing stronger passing and catching, changing hands, dodging, shooting on the run, stick protection, ground-ball technique, and individual defensive fundamentals. Small-sided situations introduce players to concepts such as 1-on-1, 2-on-2, spacing, supporting teammates, and making decisions with and without the ball. The goal is to develop confident young athletes who understand the basics of the game and are beginning to see how individual skills connect to team play.
